    • Demonstrated proficiency with standard design and workplace applications.  including Sketch, InVision (or comparable prototyping tool), Adobe CC and Microsoft Office Suite.

You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.     The Junior Designer partners with other designers to contribute to our digital products and innovation efforts. This role has an opportunity to explore and practice various aspects within the design – encompassing user research, experience strategy, interface design, and graphic design.

    What you'll do

    Work with interaction and product designers to create pixel-perfect product interfaces.

    Collaborate with UX researchers to imagine new features and bring them to life.

    Apply brand style guides and design systems across touchpoints.

    Create concepts to support in-person experiences for digital product brands (e.g., packaging)

    Create journey maps, systems diagrams, and other essential UX artifacts.

    Collaborate with other designers, technologists, and product management.

    Create ideas to expand brand and design styles to accommodate new use cases.

    Generate and deploy product marketing content across a variety of social media channels (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in line with brand standards.
